Missile attack on Dnipro: death toll rises to 21 people, 35 people are still missing

The authorities have reported that 21 people have been killed in a Russian attack on the city of Dnipro.

Details: Emergency workers are continuing to clear the rubble at the site. 

The fate of dozens more people is unknown.

Updated at 9:17: Mykola Lukashuk, Oblast Council Head, has reported that the death toll has risen to 21 people.

Quote from Lukashuk: "21 people have been killed, including a child. 73 people have been injured, including 14 children. 38 people have been rescued, including six children.

35 people are missing."
