Denmark joins Grain from Ukraine initiative

Denmark has decided to join the Grain from Ukraine initiative, the purpose of which is to ship grain to the poorest countries of Africa.

Source: Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, who is currently visiting Ukraine, stated this at a briefing, as Interfax-Ukraine reports, according to European Pravda

"I am happy to announce that we are joining the Grain from Ukraine initiative," she said at a joint press conference with Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

She also stated that Ukraine can rely on Denmark's support in the reconstruction of the city of Mykolaiv and future investments in the Ukrainian economy. "I think that many companies in Denmark have something to share, especially in such fields as energy, environmental solutions, energy efficiency," said Mette Frederiksen.
