Since Ukraine introduced a visa requirement for Russians, that is, since July 2022, over 50 visas have been issued to Russian citizens, but not all of them have used them.

But during this time, not everyone has used these visas, because almost 45 Russian citizens who had visas crossed the border to enter Ukraine… These were mainly women and children."
