Russian troops attacked Sumy Oblast 25 times during the past day, and 122 explosions were observed.

Details: 17 settlements in nine hromadas, including Sumy, Krasnopillia, Bilopillia, Yunakivka, Myropillia, Shalyhyne, Esman, Seredyna-Buda, Nova Sloboda were attacked [a hromada is an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories – ed.].

In particular, the Russians launched a missile attack on an educational institution in Sumy, destroying one of the buildings of the educational institution.

Shalyhyne hromada came under mortar fire, there were two explosions.

The Russians deployed mortars to attack Esman hromada, there were seven explosions. 

Krasnopillia hromada came under mortar fire, there were 15 explosions, and Russian forces also attacked the area, using a self-propelled howitzer; there were three explosions. 

38 explosions were observed in Bilopillia hromada due to mortar fire, and eight explosions from tubed artillery occurred there.

There were nine explosions from tubed artillery in the Shalyhyne hromada, and one residential building was damaged.

The Nova Sloboda hromada came under attack using multiple launcher rocket systems (ten explosions), mortars (12 explosions), and grenade launcher (29 explosions). Two residential buildings, two farm buildings, and power line were damaged.

The Yunakivka hromada came under artillery fire, there were eight explosions. 

Seredyna Buda also came under artillery fire, there was one explosion. 

The Myropillia hromada came under mortar attack, there were two explosions.
