Russians strikes Kharkiv city centre with missiles – Kharkiv Mayor
On the evening of 18 September, the Russian forces struck the central part of the city of Kharkiv with missiles.

Details: The head of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration called on the city residents to remain in shelters; the Air Force previously reported on the threat of the use of ballistic weapons in Kharkiv Oblast.
Updated at 23:33: Terekhov reported that an industrial area of the Kholodnohirsky district of the city was hit.
