Russia attacks Kupiansk, 3 killed

Russian forces have attacked Kupiansk, Kharkiv Oblast, killing three civilians.

Quote: "The Russian occupiers committed another war crime against the civilian population of Kharkiv Oblast.

Today, the enemy struck the city of Kupiansk with a guided aerial bomb.

Three civilians were killed as a result of this strike. Emergency services are currently on the spot. Information is being established."
