Russians lose nearly 9,000 soldiers on Eastern front in just one month

Colonel General Oleksandr Syrskyi, the Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said that since the beginning of November, the Russian army has lost 8,690 personnel and 1,002 units of military equipment in the area of responsibility of the  Khortytsia Operational Strategic Group of Forces.

Since the beginning of the month, the Russian invaders have lost 8,690 soldiers; 1,002 units of military equipment, of which 109 tanks, 175 armoured combat vehicles and more than two hundred artillery systems and mortars of various calibres were destroyed or damaged."

Details: According to the commander, on the Kupiansk front, the Russians use units made up of former convicts such as Storm, Storm Z, and Storm V, for the assaults on Ukrainian positions.

The Ukrainian military also records the presence of former Wagner mercenaries, who also join the assault actions.

Syrskyi added that the Russian invaders have no success in this area.

Hostilities continue near Ivanivka and Synkivka, Kharkiv Oblast.

On the Lyman front, the Russians are trying to storm the area of the Serebrianskyi forest. There, the Russian forces actively use bombers, fighter aircraft and fire support helicopters.

On the Bakhmut front, Russian forces do not abandon attempts to oust Ukrainian units from their positions in Klishchiivka. On this front, the Russians have intensified the use of kamikaze drones. Nevertheless, they had no success in the area.
