Ukrainian prisoners of war receive humanitarian parcels and letters from home

The Ukrainian and Russian sides agreed to exchange humanitarian packages and letters for prisoners of war on 22 December.

Details: The PoWs were provided with warm clothing, shoes, and personal hygiene supplies. The International Committee of the Red Cross and the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War were present at the exchange.

Quote from Lubinets: "In addition, thanks to mutual humanitarian agreements, we managed to bring back four Ukrainian citizens. In turn, Ukraine contributed to the fact that [Russian – ed.] citizens left for Russia to reunite with their families."
