At least two people have been killed and 10 more have been injured, including two children, in the morning attack on Odesa Oblast.

...In Odesa Oblast, 10 people have already been injured as a result of Russia's morning attack, including two children aged 6 and 8. The injured people were taken to hospital. Two people were killed as a result of the attack."
Details: Kharlov said that the lives of the hospitalised people are not in danger. He clarified that the children were among those taken to hospital.
