Russians close Crimean Bridge once again

The Russians have reported that the Crimean bridge was closed on the night of 4-5 December 2023.

Details: Those on the bridge and in the inspection area were urged to remain calm and follow the instructions of transport safety officers.
Background: Satellite images showed that the Russian defences of the Kerch (Crimean) Bridge had been severely damaged by a storm, with most of the barges in front of it being washed away or flooded from the Black Sea.
Update: At 06:37, the Russians announced the resumption of traffic on the Crimean Bridge.
