Russians claim large-scale attack by 41 Ukrainian drones overnight

The Russians claimed on the morning of 5 December that they had intercepted and destroyed over 40 drones, purported to be Ukrainian.

Quote: "Air defence systems destroyed 22 Ukrainian UAVs and intercepted another 13 over the waters of the Sea of Azov and the territory of Crimea."

"An attempt by the Kyiv regime to conduct a terrorist attack using aircraft-type UAVs against targets in Russia was prevented on 5 December, at around 06:00 Moscow time."

Details: The Russian Defence Ministry later announced that their air defence systems allegedly destroyed four more Ukrainian UAVs and intercepted two over the Sea of Azov.
