Russian media reported that oil refineries in Kapotnya in Moscow Oblast and Novoshakhtinsk in Rostov Oblast had been fitted with similar nets earlier.

Shebekino is a town in Russia’s Belgorod Oblast with a prewar population of nearly 40,000. Attacks on the area have become more frequent in the second year of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
