Part of Kyiv left without power and water

Kyiv is experiencing disruptions to electricity and water supply due to a large-scale Russian attack, with the left bank of the city without power.

Details: Klitschko reported at first that the strikes on critical infrastructure in Kyiv had caused power outages.
He later noted that the situation was particularly difficult on the left bank.
Quote from Klitschko: "The left bank of the capital is without electricity. Problems with the water supply have also been recorded."
Details: Klitschko later added that engineers were working to restore power, but the situation remained challenging.
DTEK announced that the company was already working to restore electricity, prioritising critical infrastructure facilities.
"As soon as the security situation allows, power engineers will assess the scale of the damage to restore electricity to all homes as quickly as possible," DTEK stated.
Parts of Kyiv are also currently without water.
