Details: The total value of the donation amounts to UAH 5.6 million (US$134,400), part of the funds raised during the band's summer concerts marking its 30th anniversary.

Thanks to this contribution, DIU has purchased more than 150 JET-10-LR, JET-13-FO and JET-8 drones, as well as three signal transmitters. The equipment will be supplied to the DIU's special operations unit Artan.
Lieutenant General Kyrylo Budanov, Head of DIU, said he hopes the partnership with Okean Elzy will continue.
Quote: "We are sincerely grateful to Okean Elzy and everyone who contributed. Every drone in the hands of a defence intelligence officer means destroyed enemy equipment and a killed occupier."
More details: Sviatoslav Vakarchuk, the frontman of Okean Elzy, delivered the equipment himself. He received a personalised ceremonial knife from Budanov in return, while gifting the DIU's head several signed vinyl records.
The donated drones were developed by the Ukrainian manufacturer JET Company. The JET-10-LR is an FPV drone optimised for long-range strike missions of up to 40 kilometres, with the ability to return after dropping its payload.

The JET-13-FO is a fibre-optic-controlled FPV drone designed for use in areas with strong electronic warfare interference. It maintains stable control without GPS or radio communication at distances of up to 20 kilometres, suitable for missions requiring uninterrupted control and secure communication channels.

The JET-8 is a compact FPV drone for mid-range strike missions, capable of carrying payloads of up to 2 kilograms. It is designed for precision operations in dense urban areas or confined environments.

Background: In September, JET Company presented the new Ukrainian bomber drone JET MAX featuring eight pods for payload. The drone is designed to destroy enemy equipment, communication systems and personnel up to 15 kilometres behind the front line.
