Power restored to 270,000 consumers in Kyiv; outage schedules changed in 3 cities

Power had been restored to 270,000 consumers in Kyiv by 12:00 following the large-scale Russian strikes. Special emergency power cut schedules in Kharkiv, Poltava and Sumy have been cancelled, though regular schedules remain in effect.

Details: Additionally, repair work has been completed in Pavlohrad in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
"Energy workers immediately began damage assessments and repair work as soon as it became safe. Specialist employees are doing everything possible to restore electricity to Ukrainian homes as quickly as possible," the minister said.
According to Hrynchuk, the most difficult situations are in Kyiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Poltava and Chernihiv oblasts. Conditions are also challenging in Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia oblasts.
She added that the Ministry of Energy will provide updates every two hours on the energy system and the progress of recovery work.
