Details: Herashchenko said that a special vehicle had delivered service water for the needs of the parliament.
Quote: "My thanks go to all emergency and repair services and energy workers who are working 24/7. Gratitude also to our air defence forces – without them, things would be far worse."
More details: Another European Solidarity MP, Oleksii Honcharenko, said during the session that he had come to parliament "with a toothbrush, because there's no water anywhere, and there's none here either."
During the government's question hour, Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko promised that water supplies in Kyiv would be restored by the evening.
Later, Herashchenko published a photo showing portable toilets being delivered to the Cabinet of Ministers (government) building.
