Ukraine's National Security and Defence Council secretary arrives in Istanbul to discuss unblocking of prisoner exchanges

Rustem Umierov, Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine, has arrived in Türkiye to work on unblocking the process of POW exchanges to bring Ukrainian prisoners of war home from Russia.
