Details: Umierov added that the sides had paid particular attention to discussing the timeline and sequence of next steps.
Meetings with European partners were also held in Florida, with key national security advisers from European countries taking part in the discussions.
Alongside Umierov, the Ukrainian delegation included Lieutenant General Andrii Hnatov, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The US side was represented by Special Envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner as well as White House official Josh Gruenbaum.
"Ukraine remains fully committed to achieving a just and sustainable peace. Our shared priority is to stop the killing, ensure guaranteed security, and create conditions for Ukraine's recovery, stability, and long-term prosperity. Peace must be not only a cessation of hostilities, but also a dignified foundation for a stable future," Umierov said.
He stressed that Ukraine highly values the leadership and support of the United States as well as "continued close coordination with its partners in the next stages of this important work".
