Ukrainian forces refute Russian propaganda claims about occupation of Minkivka in Donetsk Oblast

The Ukrainian military has dismissed Russian propaganda claims that the village of Minkivka in Donetsk Oblast has been captured.

Quote: "The settlement of Minkivka on the Sloviansk front also remains under the control of Ukraine's defence forces. Our units continue to carry out combat tasks on the assigned lines.

The aggressor state's claims regarding the capture of Minkivka are false and constitute an information and psychological campaign aimed at projecting non-existent successes."

Details: Meanwhile, Russia's Defence Ministry or other official agencies have not reported the occupation of Minkivka.

The Ukrainian military also reported that additional forces have arrived to bolster the defence of Myrnohrad.

Background: Earlier, it was reported that Russian troops had advanced in Vovchansk, Kharkiv Oblast, and Pokrovsk, Donetsk Oblast.
