Ukrainian border guards are mopping up settlements in Kharkiv Oblast, inflicting losses on Russian forces and capturing Russians who infiltrate border areas from Russia.

Quote: "The enemy is not abandoning attempts to advance deeper into our country and expand the combat zone. The situation is currently most tense near the settlements of Dihtiarnе, Nesterne and Kruhle (close to Dihtiarnе).

Once again, these attempts to advance involve small infantry groups. The enemy is not using equipment and is suffering heavy losses. I can note that our units are not only repelling attacks, but also mopping up this area. This was the case, for example, yesterday. They are also taking captive occupiers who entered Ukrainian territory."

Details: Demchenko said that the Russians are also showing a certain level of activity in Kharkiv Oblast near Vovchanski Khutory, within the defence lines where units from the State Border Guard Service are deployed.
