Details: "The second round of the work of the security issues group was scheduled for last Sunday, but additional coordination of the schedules of the three sides was required, and now, on Wednesday-Thursday, the second round will indeed take place in Abu Dhabi," said Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov.
At the same time, while answering a question about progress in the peace talks, the Kremlin spokesperson avoided a direct answer, saying that, in the Kremlin's view, "this is a very complex and multidirectional process".
"On some issues we have moved closer, because there have been discussions and conversations. On some issues it is easier to find common ground. There are issues where it is harder to find common ground. There, it is not yet possible to say there is rapprochement. This is a very complex process," Peskov said.
