Dmytro Lytvyn, an advisor to Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, has confirmed to journalists that the next round of negotiations between Ukraine, Russia and the United States will take place on 17-18 February in Geneva.

He added that further details will be provided by Rustem Umierov, Secretary of Ukraine's National Security and Defence Council.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said earlier that the next round of trilateral talks on ending Russia's war against Ukraine will take place in Switzerland on 17-18 February.
