Zelenskyy's office confirms next round of Ukraine-US-Russia talks will be held in Geneva
Dmytro Lytvyn, an advisor to Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, has confirmed to journalists that the next round of negotiations between Ukraine, Russia and the United States will take place on 17-18 February in Geneva.

Details: Asked to confirm whether talks will take place in Geneva on 17-18 February, Lytvyn said: "Yes, as of today, the Ukrainian delegation is getting ready."
He added that further details will be provided by Rustem Umierov, Secretary of Ukraine's National Security and Defence Council.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said earlier that the next round of trilateral talks on ending Russia's war against Ukraine will take place in Switzerland on 17-18 February.
Background:
- Zelenskyy stated earlier that the next round of negotiations with Russia was scheduled for 17 or 18 February and would be held in the United States, although the Russian side had not yet agreed to the meeting at the time.

- In his evening address on 12 February, Zelenskyy said the Ukrainian side is prepared for another meeting with the Russian delegation to resolve Moscow's war against Ukraine.
- According to a communiqué on the outcome of the trilateral talks held in Abu Dhabi on 4-5 February, the US, Ukrainian and Russian delegations discussed methods for implementing a ceasefire and monitoring the cessation of hostilities.
- Following the Abu Dhabi talks, the US and Russia agreed to resume high-level military dialogue.
