Quote: "If Russia is ready to stop strikes on our energy infrastructure, we will be ready to respond in kind. And our proposal – conveyed through the Americans – has been delivered to the Russian side."

Details: Zelenskyy also thanked Ukraine's partners who continue to pressure Russia through sanctions, stopping tankers and restricting supplies of modern equipment to Russia.

He stressed that everything Russia currently earns from oil exports goes towards the war: "Therefore, every restriction on their ability to export oil is the right step."

The president noted that Russia, as an oil-producing country, is seeking to increase its revenues because of the war in Iran, but Ukrainian drones and missiles are limiting its ability to do so.
