Update: Later, Zelenskyy reported that four people had been killed.
"Seven people are currently in hospital after a Russian FPV drone struck Nikopol, hitting an ordinary bus. Another nine received assistance at the scene. Sadly, four people were killed," the president said.

Details: According to Hanzha, the bus was approaching a stop at the time, so there were people both inside the vehicle and at the stop.

"This was not a random strike. It was deliberate terror against civilians – against people who were simply going about their daily lives," he said.

Update: Later, the Office of the Prosecutor General reported that the number of people injured in the attack had risen to 15.
Hanzha then specified that 16 people were injured.
"There are now 16 people injured in the Russian attack on the bus in Nikopol. Eight of them were taken to hospital. Men aged 58, 63 and 73 are in a serious condition, while the rest of those taken to hospital are in a moderate condition," Hanzha reported.
He added that the people affected in the attack suffered blast injuries, acoustic trauma, shrapnel wounds and fractures.
