Day of mourning declared in Dnipro on 15 April: 5 killed and 27 injured in Russian attack

The local authorities have declared 15 April a day of mourning in Dnipro for those killed as a result of a Russian strike.

Details: On Wednesday, national flags will be lowered to half-mast on buildings belonging to the city council and municipal companies. Businesses, institutions, and organisations of all forms of ownership are recommended to display national flags with black ribbons as a sign of mourning.
According to Hanzha, as of 16:00, the number of people injured in the Russian attack stands at 27. Five people were killed, as reported earlier.
There are 22 people still in hospital following the Russian attack on Dnipro. Twelve are in a serious condition. The rest are in a moderate condition.
Those affected sustained injuries to the abdomen, chest and limbs. They have endured severe stress. Psychological support is already being provided to some of them.
Five people are receiving outpatient treatment.
