Background: Earlier in April, Yaroslav Shanko, Head of Kherson City Military Administration, reported that Russian forces had begun dispersing new Pryanik anti-personnel mines in the city of Kherson. These are half the size of the Lepestok (Petal) mines previously used by the Russians, but more powerful.
