Russian forces launched strikes on critical and residential infrastructure facilities in the Izmail district in Odesa Oblast on the night of 15-16 May, leaving several people injured.

Details: The administration said that critical infrastructure facilities and residential buildings in Izmail had come under attack.

Quote: "Sadly, people have been injured and are receiving the necessary medical treatment. No serious injuries have been recorded."

Details: Damage to power lines left 39 settlements in the Izmail district without electricity. A total of 22,662 consumers remain without power.
