Another five people have sought medical assistance after an overnight Russian attack on Dnipro on the night of 17-18 May, bringing the total number injured to 28.

Quote: "In Dnipro, another five people have sought medical assistance after the overnight attack. All of them will receive outpatient treatment. So the number of those injured has now risen to 28, eight of them hospitalised."

Details: Russian forces also attacked four districts in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast about 40 times.

In the Nikopol district, the Russians struck the city of Nikopol and the Marhanets, Myrove, Pokrovske and Chervonohryhorivka hromadas. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.] Houses, a petrol station and a car were damaged. A 51-year-old man was injured and is in hospital in a moderate condition.

In the Samar district, the Russians struck the Pereshchepyne hromada, damaging infrastructure.

In the Synelnykove district, Russian troops attacked the Pokrovske hromada, where a disused building was damaged.

The Russians also struck the Zelenodolsk hromada in the Kryvyi Rih district, damaging houses.

Background: Russian forces carried out a missile strike on a residential area in Dnipro on the night of 17-18 May.
