Russian drone hits police vehicle in Kharkiv Oblast, killing officer and injuring four people – photo

A Russian drone has struck a police service vehicle that had responded to a call regarding the neutralisation of another Russian drone in Kharkiv Oblast, killing one police officer and injuring three officers and one civilian.

Details: Early information indicates on 7 June near the village of Chystovodivka in the Izium district, police officers were responding to a call regarding the neutralisation of an explosive asset – specifically, a drone of an unidentified type that had failed to detonate. While bomb disposal experts were working on site, another Russian drone struck the officers' service vehicle.
A police bomb disposal officer was killed at the scene. Three other unit members and one civilian were injured. They are receiving medical assistance. Information regarding the incident has been entered into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under Article 438.2 of Ukraine's Criminal Code (war crimes).
