The Krymskyi Veter (Crimean Wind) Telegram channel reported an explosion in Sevastopol: "It appears there was a hit. A flash was seen near Kozacha Bay."

Telegram channels also reported a strike on a road bridge near the city of Armiansk. Several powerful explosions and a fire were reported there in the morning.

In addition, social media users claimed that a bridge at the entrance to Krasnoperekopsk from Armiansk had been damaged. One post stated: "It seems there are no intact bridges left on the land approaches to the peninsula."

Meanwhile, Razvozhayev announced that no new QR codes for purchasing fuel will be issued in the city.

Quote from Razvozhayev: "Sadly, fuel tankers were unable to reach the city overnight.

I appeal to everyone: there is no point queuing at TES petrol stations tomorrow. As for the validity of QR codes, all previously issued codes will be deactivated today."
