Details: According to the reports, thermal signatures were detected at the 110/35/10 kV Bilohirsk substation at around 02:00.
The substation supplies electricity to the town of Bilohirsk and surrounding areas, as well as major industrial facilities, including a greenhouse complex.
Earlier, Telegram channels reported explosions across Crimea on the night of 2-3 July.
Update: According to Crimean Wind, the Marianivka substation in the Krasnohvardiiske district has once again been hit and is on fire.
The 220/35/10 kV Marianivka substation has been burning since at least 02:46, Crimean Wind added.
The facility has been undergoing a major reconstruction project from 2024 to 2026: old 20 MVA transformers are being replaced with new 40 MVA units.
The Marianivka substation was previously hit and caught fire on the night of Monday 28-29 June.
A fire has also been reported near a railway bridge by the village of Yantarne, close to Marianivka, where the substation is burning.
The railway bridge spans the Krasnohvardiiske branch of the North Crimean Canal.
An electrical substation in Staryi Krym is also on fire.
The 110/35/10 kV Staryi Krym substation is an important node in the electricity grid and serves as a 110 kV transmission hub.
