Russia attacked Ukraine with 123 strike drones and decoy UAVs on the night of 6-7 July. Ukrainian air defences have destroyed 108 of them.

Details: From 18:00 on 6 July, Russian forces have attacked Ukraine with Shahed (including some jet-powered), Gerbera and Italmas attack drones and Parodiya decoy UAVs from the Russian cities of Kursk, Oryol, Bryansk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Shatalovo and Millerovo as well as the city of Donetsk and Cape Chauda in temporarily occupied Crimea.

Early reports indicated that as of 08:30, Ukrainian air defence forces had destroyed or jammed 108 drones of various types in the country's north, south, centre and east.

Hits by 12 UAVs have been recorded at 10 locations and the fall of downed aerial assets (debris) at five locations.

The Air Force added that the attack is ongoing, as several Russian drones are still in Ukrainian airspace and urged people to observe safety measures.
