Quote: "Russia has long had every opportunity to turn to diplomacy and end its aggression – and it is the refusals by Russia's leadership [to do this] and their desire to keep fighting that are the reason why the war continues.
This year alone, we have reached out to Russia dozens of times with proposals to stop this war – but all we got in return were refusals."
Details: Zelenskyy also said that Ukraine's international partners are working to help arrange a meeting between leaders, including the United States, Türkiye, European countries and Arab states.
"Putin has no desire to end the war," he added.
