Russian drone attack hits postal hub near Kharkiv

A Russian drone has struck a postal hub in the suburbs of Kharkiv on the morning of 31 July.

Details: Syniehubov said that there have been no reports of casualties so far.

He reported that a lorry caught fire. The emergency services are working to deal with the aftermath of the strike.

Syniehubov did not specify which company's postal hub had been hit.

Background:

• On the evening of 30 July, Russian forces attacked a logistics hub operated by Nova Poshta, Ukraine's largest private postal operator, causing a fire to break out.
• Retail units near the Pochaina metro station in Kyiv's Obolonskyi district caught fire following an overnight Russian missile attack. The fire was later contained.
