Fourteen people have been killed and 22 injured in a large-scale Russian attack on Kyiv Oblast on the night of 4-5 August using ballistic missiles and drones.

Quote from Tkachenko: "The highest number of casualties was recorded in the Brovary district, where nine people were killed. The enemy killed another four civilians in the Bucha district. One more person was killed in the Fastiv district."

Details: Tkachenko said 12 people had been injured in the Brovary district, three in the Fastiv district and another seven in the Bucha district.

Emergency responders are dealing with the aftermath of the Russian attack at seven locations across three districts of Kyiv Oblast: four in the Brovary district, two in the Bucha district and one in the Fastiv district.

In the Brovary district, large fires broke out in warehouse buildings in Brovary, Velyka Dymerka, Kvitneve and Peremoha.

In the Fastiv district, firefighters extinguished a blaze involving cars on the premises of a business.

In the Bucha district, firefighters continue to tackle a warehouse fire in the village of Chaiky. A fire at a logistics facility in Sofiivska Borshchahivka was extinguished.

Update: The State Emergency Service confirmed that 14 people had been killed and another 22 injured as a result of the Russian strikes on Kyiv Oblast.

Efforts to deal with the aftermath of the attack are ongoing. Information is being updated.

Background: Russian forces conducted a large-scale attack on Kyiv Oblast on the night of 4-5 August using ballistic missiles and attack drones. It was then reported that one person had been killed and 21 injured.
