Russian-installed authorities report large-scale drone attack on Sevastopol

The Russian occupation authorities in Sevastopol reported a large-scale drone attack on the night of 11-12 August, claiming that Russian air defences had shot down more than 30 drones and that fires had broken out in the city.

Details: Razvozhayev said the Russian "military, aircraft, air defence and mobile fire groups are repelling a large-scale attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine".

He claimed that "more than 30 UAVs have been shot down".

Earlier, late on the evening of 11 August, he said that 21 drones had been shot down. He also reported fires in various parts of Sevastopol.

According to Razvozhayev, "particularly intense combat is continuing in the Balaklava district".
