EU says US has not yet made demand to return money for Ukraine aid
The European Commission has not received any requests from the US to reimburse aid provided to Ukraine during Joe Biden's presidency, contrary to recent claims by current President Donald Trump.

Details: "To the best of my knowledge, we have not received any formal notification of this, I understand, social media comment (Trump's post on the Truth Social platform – ed.)," Gill said.
He also recalled that the European Commission generally "does not comment on comments".
Meanwhile, European Commission spokesperson Christian Wigand recalled that the European Union and its member states are currently the leading donors to Ukraine, having provided Ukraine with more than €220 billion, including €87 billion to strengthen Ukraine's military and defence capabilities.
