A commercial vessel flying the flag of the Marshall Islands and carrying rapeseed oil has been damaged in a Russian drone strike.

Details: The attack sparked a fire in the vessel's superstructure, killed one person and injured seven others.

"By deliberately striking civilian shipping and port infrastructure, Russia is grossly violating international law and threatening global food security," Kiper said.
