On August 31, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAZK) has decided to officially launch the e-declaration system.
The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAZK) proved the involvement of state-run company Ukrainian Special Systems into uploading the falsified e-declaration of Ruslan Riaboshapka into the system.
On August 18, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAZK) changed the legal framework on e-declarations.
Participants of the emergency meeting on solving issues with e-declarations called by President Petro Poroshenko inform that it was agreed to issue a certificate of compliance for the e-declarations system as soon as possible.
The National Security and Defense Council (RNBO) denies its involvement in the disruption of the launch of the e-declaration system in Ukraine.
A total of seven electronic income declarations of state officials have been already uploaded to the Unified State Register.
At midnight on August 15, the system of electronic income declarations was officially launched in Ukraine, National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) Chief Natalia Korchak announced on Facebook.
The system of electronic income declarations of state officials will in any circumstance start on August 15.
On Saturday night, the State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine officially submitted to the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption its conclusion on its refusal to certify the state officials’ assets e-declaration system that had been announced on Friday.
President Petro Poroshenko claims that the mandatory electronic declaration of the property and funds of state officials will be launched on August 15 as planned.
