Russian troops have fired on 15 towns in the Donetsk region, leaving dead and wounded

The Russian invaders have fired on 15 towns in the Donetsk region, killing at least two people. Information about the dead and wounded is being confirmed.

According to the police: "15 towns came under fire from the Russians – Mariupol, Avdiivka, Vuhledar, Volnovakha, Maryinka, Krasnohorivka, Kramatorsk, Druzhkivka, Andriivka, Sviatohirsk, Kamyanka, Pavlivka, Zaytseve, Ivanivka and Voiskyk. There are dead and wounded as a result of these strikes."

Details: The police added that at least 37 objects were damaged, the vast majority of which are houses of civilians. Information about the victims is being clarified.

According to Kyrylenko, a Russian shell hit a residential area in Kramatorsk, killing two people. 

The Karlivska filtration plant in the Donetsk region is currently without electricity due to the hostilities. Pokrovsk, Myrnohrad, Rodynske, Selydove, Ukrainsk, Novohrodivka, Hirnyk, Bilytske, Bilozerske, Vodyanske, and partially Dobropillya have been left without water, amounting to more than 200,000 people.

The Russian troops also fired on Avdiivka, damaging a coke and chemicals plant, residential buildings, a school, and a gas pipeline.

There are constant air raids on Mariupol – people cannot get out of bomb shelters; they are in a very critical condition.

A convoy of humanitarian aid and evacuation buses continues to move to the city.

The police have initiated criminal proceedings under Article 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) and Article 110 (encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine in connection with these incidents.
