Zelenskyy invited the Americans to create a new alliance

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy suggested that the United States create a new union, United for Peace, which will be able to provide all necessary assistance in 24 hours.

According to Zelenskyy: "The full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine commenced on 24 February. And it would have been fair if it had ended in a day. In 24 hours. So that evil was punished immediately. Today, the world does not have such tools.
The wars of the past have prompted our predecessors to create institutions that should protect us from war. But... they don't work.
We see it. You see it. So, we need new institutions, new unions. And we propose this one.
We propose creating a union - U-24. United for peace. A union of responsible states that have the strength and consciousness to immediately stop conflicts, and provide all necessary assistance in 24 hours. Weapons if necessary. Or sanctions. Humanitarian support, political support, finance.
In addition, this association could help those who are going through natural disasters, man-made disasters, victims of humanitarian crises or epidemics".
