Details: According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, during a battle Russian aggressors ran away in disgrace from soldiers of the 128th Mountain Assault Brigade and left their military hardware and weapons behind them.

The Ukrainian Army took a BMP-1 (infantry fighting vehicle) and an MT-12 "Rapira" anti-tank gun as war trophies. This hardware is suitable for carrying out military tasks. 

The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine together with Marines related the capture of a Russian truck full of different types of firearm ammunition. 

Background: Pentagon officials have confirmed that if this war results in large numbers of dead Russian soldiers, this may make Russian troops unwilling to escalate the war effort.
