A reinforced curfew is imposed in Kyiv and Kyiv region from 20:00 of March 21 to 7:00 of March 23.

Quote: "Starting today, 20:00 of March 21, a reinforced curfew will be imposed in Kyiv and Kyiv region. It will last till 7:00 of March 23.
Only people possessing special passes are allowed to move around the city!"
Details: According to the Kyiv City State Administration, citizens are allowed to be outside only on their way to the nearest shelter.
Civilians on the street during curfew without a special pass will be considered to be members of enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups.
