The Russian invaders have damaged more than 70 residential buildings with missiles and shelling - utility services are now working to repair apartments where possible.

According to the City Military Administration: "Buildings have different degrees of damage: where the damage is critical, residents have been resettled, and where the damage is minor, public utility services are obtaining materials for rapid repairs: window repair film, fasteners, roofing repair materials, etc.".

Details: It is reported that refuse collection agencies are regularly removing large pieces of debris from the blasts.

City services are also promptly restoring utilities and services so that people can return to their apartments in buildings that are habitable.
