According to Biloshytsky: "Another instance of the use of phosphorous ammunition in Kramatorsk. Bans and conventions are for the civilised world. But these orcs have arrived to ‘liberate’ us and this is the only way they only know how to ‘liberate’ us."

Background: Phosphorous ammunition are bombs, artillery shells, missiles, mines, or hand grenades that contain poisonous white phosphorus. The Geneva Convention prohibits the use of white phosphorus in ammunition.
