Details: The situation with fuel is similar as Russian troops failed to secure a pipeline connection [to Russia].

There have been no significant changes in the position and nature of the actions of the defence forces. Russian troops are trying to advance on the Donetsk and Luhansk fronts, but they have not succeeded.

On March 21, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repulsed 13 enemy attacks and destroyed 14 tanks, 8 infantry fighting vehicles, 2 MT-LBs [multi-purpose fully amphibious auxiliary armoured tracked vehicles], 3 artillery systems, and 4 military vehicles. The air defence shot down 2 Russian air targets. The losses among Russian military personnel amounted to about 300 people. Mariupol defenders destroyed a Russian Raptor patrol boat and an electronic warfare complex.

Russia continues to put out aggressive propaganda aimed at the Belarusian military about the need to fight against Ukraine.

In the temporarily occupied territories of the Luhansk region, Russian troops continue to mobilise "citizens" of the Luhansk People’s Republic in a chaotic fashion. At the same time, a significant part of the local population do not support the occupiers, do not want to take up arms, and are evading the occupier authorities. Those who have Russian passports are formally contracted [to serve in the military], while those who have only a passport of the [Luhansk] pseudo-republic are signed on as volunteers.
