Russian troops fired on evacuation train №43, Kyiv–Ivano-Frankivsk, near the city of Vasylkiv, just outside of Kyiv.

According to Kamyshin: "Evacuation train №43, Kyiv–Ivano-Frankivsk, has just been shelled near Vasylkiv, just outside of Kyiv.

Windows shattered in 3 of its cars."

Details: Kamyshin noted that no one was injured in the shelling.
