According to Haidai: "At around 06:30, the enemy deployed heavy weapons to open fire on residential buildings in one of Lysychansk’s neighbourhoods. Several high-rise apartment buildings have been heavily damaged. Information about the number of dead and wounded is being clarified. Rubble has caused a lot of obstruction. Rescuers are trying to save those who remain alive."

Details: It is noted that the Russian troops are firing exclusively on residential neighbourhoods.

Kreminna was shelled from aircraft, and positional battles in Popasna and Rubizhne are ongoing. These cities remain under Ukraine’s control.

Two grocery stores caught fire in Rubizhne and Sievierodonetsk as a result of the shelling. Haidai writes that the Russian troops are doing this on purpose, in order to leave people without essentials, such as food and hygiene products. He said that they fire indiscriminately, because they do not know if the stores are stocked.

In addition, in the regional capital, Luhansk, the Russian troops shelled the historical neighbourhoods, damaging high-rise buildings, and causing mass fires in garages.

Hectares of dry grass are burning, too.
