Ukraine's proposals for security guarantees in the negotiations include the concept of "enhanced immunity", which allows for the rapid mobilisation of up to one million reservists in the event of a military threat.

Details: According to Arakhamiya, Ukraine has consulted with Israeli experts, who opined that in our country "the concept of so-called strengthened immunity is most appropriate."

He stressed that Ukraine is not going to attack anyone, but must be able to effectively protect itself, which requires appropriate defensive weapons.

Direct Speech: "And besides that, the ability to mobilise reservists very quickly, as has been done in Switzerland and Israel. We have all the prerequisites for this now. We have a large number of territorial defence and national resistance forces.

And this is how we see it: that there will be an army and there will be, conventionally, another million people who are trained every year once or twice a year at training ranges. They will have weapons. The debatable question here is whether they have the right to keep these weapons at home, or in a special gun room nearby.

And in case of aggression, we would have another million ready-trained soldiers. But the government would not spend funds on maintaining them every month.
