Details: Residents of Lysychansk who had been killed or wounded could not be moved from the streets for hours.

Russian shelling has also caused fires in 9 residential buildings in Lysychansk, 5 in Sievierodonetsk, and 1 in Rubizhne. Moreover, a number of houses have been damaged, though they did not catch fire.

According to Haidai: "Russians are attacking with all kinds of ammunition. Before, people in Lysychansk felt more or less safe, compared to other cities in the [Luhansk] region, but yesterday there was not a single part of the city not affected by the ‘Russian peace’.

Each of the three main parts of the city suffered artillery and Grad shelling. The number of destroyed buildings – as well as human victims – is in the tens. Two people died, two children are in critical condition."
